SpectraSoft's Outlook plugin is ideal for busy practitioners who work at multiple locations, see patients away from the office or simply want to keep their schedule at hand.

Automatic transfer
The plugin automatically updates your Outlook calendar with appointments from your SpectraSoft scheduler. Updates do not overwrite any comments you add to an entry.

Color-code your appointments
You can use the color codes in Outlook to identify: (1) appointments; (2) hold times for specific activities; and (3) block times for regularly scheduled events.

Alerts keep you on schedule
Preferences in the plugin allow you to indicate whether you want your Outlook alarms to pop before or at the scheduled time of the event.
